There’s nothing better than a good portion of celebrating on a nice sunny Sunday.
Today my day was just like that… a good friend of mine has finally moved to a new and long longed for flat and we had a little yet sweet housewarming party.

(Project 365 Photos – Day 26)
This sweet little pink dessert represents the high point of my day today.
They have these cute little beauties at IKEA and they are called the Princess Cake. I found this gorgeous dessert just recently and, oh, I am so happy that I have. It has a sponge cake base which is filled with raspberry jam, whipped cream and vanilla custard and it is coated with the most adorable pink marzipan. Needless to say, it tastes just HEAVENLY!
See? It is so good I HAVE TO SCREAM WHEN I TALK ABOUT IT. IT IS AMAAAAZING!!!
