Hello Petra! Thank you for another giveaway-such beautiful, spring like colored yarn 😀
There is an annual Shorebird Festival that I’ve attended with my father each spring for the past sixteen years!! Our first year it was so small and it has continued to grow & grow each year. They have lectures, bird artwork, walks(both guided & non) & so much more. It’s absolutely fantastic. The best part is that it is a special time for just “Pops” and I…he picks me up in his motor home & we camp for the 3 day event! He started me bird watching when I was 14…& so I am going on 35 yrs of bird watching!! I love birds, I can even identify many just by sound 😀 Thanks Petra, I luv your website!!

Well, seems you’re not asking favorite Sprint project with yarn – I was going crazy trying to think of what that would be – other than I get an itch to crochet FLOWERS!
I’m so looking forward to flowers sprouting soon, that I have to rush the season a bit and hook up a few.
Other than yarn, favorite spring project is getting garden ready for summer planting – putting in a few rows of onions and Sugar Snap Peas, a few carrots and some spinach – all of which can tolerate those pesky cold nights that can sneak up on us when we least expect it!

Lovely Spring-y looking yarn = thank you for the opportunity!

My Favorite Spring Tradition–besides spring cleaning!–is going to the greenhouse. It the time of year where everything is fresh and new again, it seems so exciting to go and pick out greens. We don’t even get that much, or if we do its usually the same stuff we get every year…but its still so nice to go and look around and imagine everything thats to come with the warmer longer days 🙂
