How On Earth?

Hi guys?

Today, I have a little puzzle for us to solve …or not.

My question is: Can you spot anything strange about the picture above?

Oh yes, you surely can.

I took the picture of this lovely and cheery gentleman the other day. But maybe I shouldn’t have seen the whole thing, because from that moment on I’ve been completely confused, perplexed, and bewildered. BECAUSE I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES! AND IT WAS REAL! So how on Earth does this man float above the Earth? How? I need to know! I want my sleep back! I want my peace back! I want a Mars bar!

HOOOOOOOW?

Have you got any ideas?

Could he really be levitating?

I am desperately seeking the answer!

Yours truly,

Petra, The Puzzled One

I almost hate to ruin it for you! :) But if you are really really really desperate to know the answer then Google “Indian levitating trick.” The first youtube video that pops up should answer your question. :)

In fact that hand it isn’t his hand. In fact he is seat in a structure that support all his height. This structure is held to the floor by the cane he is using. His left arm his held near is abdomen. This kind of illusion is used with all kinds of costumes like angels, astronauts, headless mans, etc…

Yes, the show covered several Indian Magic tricks including the “Never ending cup” and how to touch hot oil without getting burned as well as walking on coals and a few other things. It was fun to watch!
