Do you make the bears? Or are they already made? If not can someone premake it and send it? How big are these bears? Can they come in bigger sizes? (Need this info asap for christmas)

I sell a pattern explaining how to make these bears, I do not sell the actual products. The bears that you can create with the pattern are 6 inches (15 cm) tall and 4.3 inches (11 cm) wide.
