- 1 cup (235 ml) plain white yogurt
- 1 cup (235 ml) milk
- 1½ cups (220 grams) pitted dates
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Pour all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
