Vanilla Date Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (235 ml) plain white yogurt
  • 1 cup (235 ml) milk
  • 1½ cups (220 grams) pitted dates
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Pour all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
