To prepare the batter, in a bowl, whisk together the flour (2¾ cups + 2 tbsp - 400 grams), confectioners sugar (1¼ cups -150 grams) and baking powder (3 tsp).
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and milk.
In a few batches, pour the flour mixture into the bowl containing the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper (you can first brush the pan with a bit of vegetable oil to make the paper adhere better).
Pour the batter in the pan and smooth out the surface.
Stone and cut the fruit into about ½-inch (1.3 cm) cubes or slightly bigger. Place the fruit on top of the batter.
Finally prepare the streusel. To do so, in a bowl combine the all-purpose flour (1/3 cup - 50 grams), butter (3½ tbsp - 50 grams) and confectioners sugar (1/2 cup - 50 grams). Using your fingers or a pastry blender (cutter), create a crumbly mixture.
Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cut into squares.
Enjoy!
