- 1¼ cups (300 ml) heavy whipping cream
- ⅔ cup (160 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In a larger bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add the condensed milk and the vanilla extract in the bowl.
- Gently fold to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer friendly container.
- Smooth out the surface and put a lid or plastic wrap on the container.
- Place the container in the back of your freezer and let freeze for at least 6 hours.
