Just some quick questions.. The only way to get one of this is buy buying the “Crochet Miniature Teddy Bears” pdf right? and will I learn how to make it from that even without any crochet experience? Will it tell me all the materials I will need?

The pdf pattern will tell you what supplies you need.
The pattern contains written pattern as well as a picture tutorial with lots of pictures.
The stitches used in the pattern are chain stitch, half double crochet stitch, slip stitch. The pattern doesn’t teach you how to make these stitches.
