      Hi Michelle! This pattern uses these stitches:

      ch – chain stitch
      Sl st – slip stitch
      sc – single crochet stitch
      hdc – half double crochet stitch
      dc – double crochet stitch
      dc dec – double crochet decrease (explained in the ‘Pattern’ part)
      tr – treble crochet stitch

      The pattern includes many step-by-step picture to help you along the way. It can even be used as an efficient learning material.

    Somewhat helped. I asked if it was a beginners pattern. Could someone just learning to crochet can do this.

      Hi again Michelle! Yes, you can try to make this project even as a beginner… you will need to get familiar with the stitches I mentioned earlier. Being able to make them, this project is rather simple. 🙂
