Hello dear friends!
I hope you are all doing fine!
Here are a few things I’ve been enjoying recently… like a lovely early-fall trip to the woods and the first cups of mulled wine this year!
I just love that drink!
And it tastes even better when drunk outdoors.
We had this lovely little fella keeping us company for a while.
I loved this window set into a stone wall. So romantic. But as much as I tried to take a straight picture, for some reason, I could not.
Which brings me back to the mulled wine. We seem to have come full circle.
On the home front, there’s been a lot of crafting going on. I especially enjoyed starting a few new crochet projects. Truth be told, they have a lot to do with Christmas. It might sound a little shameful, but I allow for my own personal Christmas to start as early as September. And I LOVE IT!
These two just scream Christmas, don’t they?
On another note, I’ve started sprinkling a little bit of cinnamon in my coffee recently. It’s delicious! What have I been waiting for all those years?
Cinnamon in my coffee, obviously!
Here’s another secret project that I’ve started. Not so difficult to guess what it is, is it…
Oh, and for the first time in my life I am trying my hand at knitting proper socks. I am really enjoying to learn how this whole thing gets done. There’s something magical about being able to knit your own socks. It makes you think you can now survive just about anything!
I wish you a very lovely week!
Off to crochet…
