This is what we need.

This is going to be very short and easy.

1. First, in a medium bowl, using your electric mixer combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

5. Cut the berries into smaller pieces (if necessary).

I was using strawberries, because that was what I had on hand, but feel free to use anything you like – raspberries, blueberries, blackberries.

    How did I miss this one!? Sounds so delicious! My son and I enjoy parfaits! I enjoy adding a little granola on top for a little “crunch”. My son starts school next week. I can see this as a perfect way to start his day – for breakfast. He will love it! I must try this one too!

    These look wonderful! Can you please tell me what size glasses you used (how many ounces) and how many serving this recipe makes? I’d like to make these for dessert for the rehearsal dinner for my daughter’s wedding. It would really help me to know if this recipe needs to be doubled or tripled or left alone. Thank you!
