And I haven’t told you everything yet.

Ladies and gentlemen… there’s bacon!

I made this for dinner on Saturday night. My husband loved it. So dang good! Though, I added only half the chicken stock because as the chicken and leeks cooked down I seemed to have a lot of liquid in the pan.

My son does not like mushrooms, leeks, onions etc…get the picture…so I used ground chicken and spices we had in the kitchen (garlic, lemon pepper, cayanne pepper etc., it was a hit…and I made it from start to sitting at the table in less than 30 minutes. Thanks so much for the recipe. The next time I will make it for others and include your veggies. Good Job!!!!

Thanks For The Tip! I Have Always Wanted To Know If It Was Possible To Use Chicken In Stroganoff Instead Of Beef. But I Thought It Might Distroy The Dish. The Bacon Is Such A Fresh Idea! Will Turkey Bacon Work As Well???
