Milk chocolate is all right, but the chunks may not stay so solid as the semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate chunks. And I wouldn’t change the amount of sugar, it will end up being just slightly more sweet. Petra

i bought all the ingredients except the semi sweet chocolate..just wanted to ask if you could use milk chocolate
would you need to change the amount of sugar in the cookies..
